Recipe Ingredients:

FenuFlakes: 2 scoops (20gm) 
Potato 2 Medium
Cheese 1 Cube 
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Red chili  Powder 1 ½ Tsp
Turmeric 1Tsp
Coriander Powder 2 Tsp
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Breadcrumbs ½ Cup + 
½ Cup for coating
Coriander Leavers 2 Tbsp

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  • 1. To make a healthy cutlet recipe, boil the potatoes till they turn soft. Peel & mash them.
  • 2. Add Red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, grated cheese, coriander powder, breadcrumbs, coriander leaves, Fenuflakes & salt. Mix well to form a dough.
  • 3. Make 8 round patties.
  • 4. Coat the patties in breadcrumbs & shallow fry till they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy this healthy recipe with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
