Cancellation Policies

1. No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.

2. If the product is wrongfully delivered (a different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
