Garlic: 1 clove-chopped
Dried Parsley: ½ Tsp
Grated Cheese: 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil: 1 Tsp
Pepper Powder: ½ Tsp
Salt: To Taste

Step-By-Step Instructions:
- 1. To make healthy omelette, heat olive oil in a pan.
- 2. Add garlic cloves and fry for a few seconds.
- 3. Now add mushroom and cook on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Add parsley, salt and pepper and cook until mushrooms are done.
- 5. Remove in a bowl.
- 6. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl.
- 7. Add salt to taste and whisk well.
- 8. Heat a non-stick pan.
- 9. Lightly brush the pan with oil.
- 10. Pour the whisked eggs in the pan.
- 11. Cover the pan and cook till eggs are 90% cooked.
- 12. Keep the mushroom filling on one half of the egg and sprinkle some cheese and FenuFlakes™ on top.
- 13. Fold the other side on top.
